The length and number of sessions, as well as the best approach to be taken would be discussed at this FIC (Free Initial Consultation). You would be asked to consider the therapy and phone back for an appointment if you feel the approach is right for you. The fees currently range from £40 to £60 per session, depending on the approach and length of the session, which may range from 30 to 90 minutes.
